IRE Digital Media collects and processes data only to operate the website, respond to requests, manage commercial relationships, and deliver automation, AI agent, and support services.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect name, email, phone number, company, billing data, messages submitted through forms, usage activity, IP address, and technical data required for security, analytics, and commercial geolocation.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to answer inquiries, deliver requested information, manage accounts and payments, operate automations, improve commercial performance, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.

3. Cookies and analytics

We use analytics cookies only with your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 22.2 of Spain's LSSI-CE). No analytics tool is loaded until you accept. If you accept, the site loads Google Analytics 4 to measure visits and how the site is used. If you reject, or if you have not chosen, Google Analytics 4 is not loaded.

Your choice is stored for 180 days in a cookie named ire_consent. This cookie is strictly necessary to remember your choice, so it does not need consent. After 180 days we ask you again. You can withdraw or change your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it, with the Cookie settings button in the footer. Reject sets ire_consent to denied, stops Google Analytics 4, and clears the analytics cookies it has stored on this site. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before it. It also does not delete data already sent to Google; to ask for that, use the contact in section 8.

Google processes this data on our behalf. Google Analytics data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States, which is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (European Commission adequacy decision of 10 July 2023). Google Analytics 4 keeps event-level data for 2 months, and user-level data for 14 months after your last visit. The Google Analytics cookies _ga and _ga_<ID> last up to 2 years.

g_state: set by Google Sign-In only when you choose to sign in with Google; it remembers the sign-in prompt state.

4. WhatsApp and Messaging

We only send WhatsApp communications when there is a user-initiated action or valid consent. Related conversations and data may be logged with timestamp, source, and operational context for commercial follow-up and support.

5. Payments and Providers

Payments are processed securely. Operations run on a private server, along with the records the platform needs. Email is sent through email service providers. Website analytics are described in section 3.

6. Retention and Security

We keep information only for as long as needed to operate the commercial relationship, resolve issues, maintain internal records, and comply with legal requirements. We apply reasonable technical and operational safeguards, although no system is completely infallible.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, and data portability, and you may object to processing. Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, such as the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).

8. Contact

The controller of your personal data is IRE Digital Media, LLC, a Florida (USA) limited liability company. For privacy or personal data matters, including requests to exercise your rights, you can contact communications@iredigitalmedia.com.
